It's a pleasure to meet you!
So many women reach a point in life where the ways they have learned to survive no longer feel sustainable. Beneath the roles, responsibilities, and endless holding together, there is often a longing for deeper ground.
If you have been yearning for a space where you can soften beyond survival and reconnect with a steadier sense of yourself, I warmly invite you into this body-led and earth-rooted work.
