Origin Movement™ is inspired by the body’s primordial movement patterns — the fluid, wave-like rhythms that have shaped life for millions of years.
Through gentle movement, breath, sound, and awareness, we reconnect with a deeper layer of intelligence within the body. A layer that exists beneath striving, performance, and constant doing.
As modern life asks us to move faster and spend more time in our heads, many women find themselves feeling depleted, disconnected, or under-resourced.
Origin Movement offers a different rhythm.

To reconnect with the body’s natural capacity for regulation, restoration, and renewal.

Each class invites you into a gentle exploration of instinctive movement. There are no movements to perfect and no experience is required. You are encouraged to move in a way that feels natural and supportive for your body.
Over time, many women find they feel more grounded, more present, more connected to themselves, and more able to meet life from a place of steadiness rather than overwhelm.

Origin Movement™ is not about learning techniques or getting movement right. The practice invites you to listen to your body and move in ways that feel natural and supportive for you. Whether this is your first embodied practice or something you have explored before, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and bring a yoga mat, along with a water bottle if you’d like one nearby.
Most importantly, bring a willingness to slow down, listen to your body, and meet yourself where you are on the day.
Many women describe feeling calmer, more grounded, more connected to themselves, and more at home in their bodies after a session.
The practice supports nervous system regulation, restoration and regeneration, embodied awareness, vitality, creativity, and a deeper sense of belonging.
For many years I have been exploring what helps us feel more at home in ourselves and more connected to the life we are living.
Origin Movement™ is one of the practices that has supported me most deeply. It offers a way of listening to the body through movement, breath, and awareness, allowing us to reconnect with rhythms that are often lost beneath the demands of modern life.
My work is grounded in eco-somatics and the understanding that our bodies are part of a wider living ecology. I am passionate about creating spaces where women can slow down, soften, and rediscover the steadiness, vitality, and wisdom already present within them.
